Standard Equipment

Sensor Box

The Sensor Box features state-of-the-art electronics designed for high-performance data acquisition. It accurately measures conditions and digitizes high-resolution signals, then streams real-time data over Ethernet for seamless integration and live display in WinDyn5.

  • Supports 500+ input channels for temperature, pressure, lambda, and various third-party sensors or devices.
  • Integrated real-time weather station including barometric pressure transducer, air temperature, and humidity sensors.
  • Continuously updates atmospheric data in WinDyn5 to apply accurate correction factors (ECE, DIN, SAE, STP, etc.).
  • Advanced closed-loop PID control to provide precise loaded testing through proportional, integral, and derivative (PID) control.
  • Dual-mode control scheme allows either dyno or throttle to control speed, torque, power, or manifold pressure.
  • Supports up to four control modes and parameter settings per controller for flexible testing strategies.
  • Modular and expandable design to easily adapt to different sensor configurations.
  • Compatible with sensor panels, OBDII, and emissions measurement equipment.
  • Flexible mounting options with mobile stand, wall, or boom configurations for cleaner sensor wiring and improved cell layout.

Control Console

SuperFlow’s control console features a new combined touch encoder and a redesigned manual throttle with easier actuation. Up to ten PID controllers with default load and throttle set up available on every system. Four push buttons allow for easier control of water pump, fuel pump, ignition and starter. Load is easily controlled by a combined touch encoder.
